Yes. The room is included with at least $250 in qualifying catering Monday–Thursday or $350 Friday–Saturday. Paid extra time, taxes, service charges and other fees do not count toward the catering minimum.

No. After approving your request, our team will email a secure payment request. The deposit is credited toward your catering bill and does not reduce the qualifying catering subtotal you need to purchase. Payment alone does not confirm the room; we must also receive your signed agreement. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.

Choose one Taco Bar or Bowl/Nacho Bar for everyone eating. You cannot split the group across primary formats. Fiesta Boxes and party pans are add-ons only; they cannot replace primary-meal portions.

Everyone expected to eat TNT’s savory catering, including children. Light eaters and guests sharing food still count. People genuinely not eating may be excluded from catering, but everyone present counts toward the 60-person room limit. We cannot guarantee extra food for unexpected guests.

Your guaranteed catering count, menu selections and remaining payment are due seven calendar days before the event. After that, counts and bills cannot decrease and the primary format cannot change. Approved increases or add-ons may be requested until 72 hours before the event, with immediate, non-refundable additional payment. Food and beverages lock at 72 hours.

Celebratory desserts such as cake, cupcakes and cookies are welcome. You handle delivery, storage, cutting and serving; TNT’s does not handle outside desserts. They do not count toward qualifying spend. No other outside food or beverages are allowed.

Ice water and cups are included. Fountain drinks are $2.50 per catering guest and must cover everyone in your catering count. Each paid guest receives one cup, with refills in that cup during the event. A damaged cup can be exchanged when returned; a lost cup costs $2.50 to replace.

A qualifying catering purchase includes 2.5 hours. Spend $500 or more in qualifying catering for 3 hours, or $750 or more for 3.5 hours. Extra time is $50 per 30 minutes when available, up to 4 event hours total. Full four-hour evening events Monday–Thursday require management approval. You receive 30 minutes to set up before the event and 15 minutes afterward to remove personal items.

If you cancel more than seven days ahead, the $100 deposit is forfeited. Once final catering is due at seven days, all event payments are non-refundable, including for a no-show. If TNT’s cancels, all amounts paid are refunded.

One reschedule may be requested at least 14 days before the original event, subject to availability. Your deposit may transfer once to a date within 90 days; the new date’s pricing and minimum apply. With less notice, cancellation rules apply and a new deposit is required. No transfer is available inside the seven-day finalization window.
